As much as I dislike seeing snow, I am always in awe of its beauty..Something so pretty about the way it sticks to the trees and gives a very peaceful feeling..So instead of dislike we turn it around to like..guess you might use that old saying.."Making lemonade out of lemons."..

Horses on the Loose...

You just never know what you might see in our yard.
Looked out and there were two horses near our neighbors, that got out of their pen..a couple of houses away. The guy is trying to get them back..well, they went in the road and stopped traffic, then ran up our driveway and in the back behind a little shed on our property. Made for an interesting morning..You just never know what is in store for you..sure makes life interesting.

Have been busy getting ready for Thanksgiving Day..
So much to be thankful for..including all my dear blogging friends.

I know I have been slow visiting..but hope to do much better after the holidays..For some reason, I can't get my act together..LOL..

Enjoy the day with people you love..and look at all the gifts you have just being together.
Material wealth was never my goal in life..but love/loyalty/wonderful friends were my treasures. They are the treasures no one can steal.

My Bluebird Home.

 Everything is so bare, you can now see the Bluebird house..You know, the Bluebirds are always a sign for me. When something is upsetting me, I always see them. Otherwise, they are very well hidden in my yard. They don't use the house, but somehow they show up..when I feel very overwhelmed.
My little light in the tunnel, I call them.
How many things are put before you, to pick you up when you are down, but you don't even realize?
Something to think about.

 Not sure if that name is correct..but there is a little rainbow in the clouds from the sun.
The sky never fails me. It is always changing and you know, we take it for granted. I never realized how beautiful it can be, till I was given my little camera.

Was having a hard day and on the back deck..Talking a mile a minute to God, wondering where He was and what is going on..Well, over head I hear honking and look up..Yep, there they are a flock of geese ..it took me by such a surprise..I started laughing and got over myself..Then at night..trying to get a shot of the moon, it came out as a heart..Somehow I moved the camera when taking the picture.. I call it...Love from heaven.

Our 50th Wedding Anniversary.

Here is a picture of our 50th Anniversary, with our five daughters..The girls/husbands gave us a wonderful luau..
It is hard to believe 50 years have gone by..and when I look at the girls..I can't believe it.
They are our greatest achievement on earth..and never have we been prouder. And may I say..they all married wonderful men, that we love very much...not to forget our 10 grandchildren..We have been blessed...
