We will be having a hurricane heading this way, tomorrow..Not sure where about it will hit. I thank God, the water isn't near us, way down the road..but the winds can make things very dangerous. Will keep you posted..if I have electric after this storm.
I have gone through many hurricanes when I was young, on Long Island, N.Y..and remember a boat tied to the telephone pole next to our home..course we would think it was an adventure and kind of enjoy the winds, the water never hit our home..We were lucky.
Well, now on to my adventure with Irene.

I keep hoping it will fizzle out by the time it gets up the coast, saying lots of prayers for everyone in it's path. Please let me know how it turns out for you there, I will be thinking of you too.
