Beer Bread...

Did you ever make Beer Bread? You know it is fun and quick..You can do many things with it..add different herbs/cheese or what every is your fancy..I wrote this recipe once before, but well worth a repeat.

Beer Bread

3 Cups Self rising flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 12oz. beer
Mix and put in greased bread pan. Smooth out top with wet fingertips.
Bake 325 for 40/50 minutes.

No self rising flour..here is how to make it.
3 Cups of reg. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt

This is fast and fun..Be creative..

We make bread every week, but have never made beer bread, might try sometime, thanks.

Looka likw I might be making some bread this week. That just is nice and simle and just the way i like it. I love homemade bread. Thank you for the recipe. Copying it down right now. Sounds yummy enough maybe might do it today.
