Shadow Shot Sunday.

Took a stroll around the yard for shadow shots.
These are a little different, I think. One of the birdbath..a tree with nice shadow on the leaves and then part of the barn shadow on a bush.
I took my camera with me yesterday when I went shopping and forgot to take pictures.
I tell you, I frighten myself. I have such good ideas and come home empty handed.
Be sure to go over to Hey Harriet's blog and check out everyone's shadow shots.
Till next time, keep looking up.

Your shadow shots are absolutely delightful! Guess we're getting our last look at summer and shadows will be more difficult to find!

Have a great weekend!

You have a great shadow shots this week too, Lady? Nice to go around the vicinity. I didn't go out for an early walk for a cpl of week-ends now as I feel sicky or if not, it's raining.

Have a blessed SS...HUGS too!

P.S.
Sorry to hear about the young fellow who lost his life for his country. God bless his soul.

So, here's where I practice what I was just talking about in response to your comment:

In the first and second image, I see similarities in the shapes of the shadows. They are roundish (for lack of better words). The second and the third on are very similar to each other in the that third one almost mimicks the second with the 'lines' that appear within the shadow from the branches of the shrub.
I wonder if I'm making sense??

Hello, thank you for dropping by. Great shadows this week, the bird bath is so fascinating, I have always wanted to put one in my backyard, along with a bird feeder, that will happen in the country, once it is all finished..have a great Sunday and wishing your family Happy Fathers Day :) Cya MonikaRose

I'm still clinging to all the last bits of summer, we know what lies ahead...

So tragic, the post below...why must man continually fight over stuff...we never learn, it's all about the almighty dollar!

Beautiful garden as always. I am like you: I often take my camera and come home without photos! Maybe we are just looking for that perfect shot?

Was so busy I totally forgot about SSS this weekend, we had a guest food blogger come by from out of town.

Nice shadows. For some reason these reminded me summer is in it's last throes and fall is near.
