This beautiful pine tree gave me a few lovely photos.
My husband asked me to look at the window and if I saw anything different..I almost cried. They are cutting the tree down.
I am sure they have their reasons and the tree did look like it was dying. It was just the shock of seeing it go. It is near a home and probably very dangerous, but will miss my beautiful tree.
Nothing ever stays the same..isn't that a true statement?

Oh that is sad! At least you have your lovely pictures :)
Definitely sad but if it was dying then allowing nature to take its course could have injured human or animal and I guess its better they take it down before that occurs. Thanks for sharing these shots and the reminder about accepting change.
Oh dear, I'm so sorry. I always cry when a tree has to be taken down, it's a life after all. It's so true that things never stay the same and change is the most difficult aspect of life to digest.
