Now Here is An Interesting Site..

Every now and then I get links to a very interesting site..and I like to share it..

Now what do you think this picture is?
No, not tennis balls with mold..It is the tiny suckers on tentacles of squid..The miniscule suction cups are lined with fangs that help grab the squids prey..Go to LiveScience and read all their interesting finds..I have to admit, some of these web sites are the greatest and so interesting..
Hope you enjoy it..

Till next time, keep looking up..

I remember seeing this somewhere a couple days ago but now can not remember where...??? Yahoo news maybe? I didn't read the article though so I thought it was a close up shot of venus fly traps or something lol. Very freaky that this is actually something found on squid. With sharks and now this, I love the ocean but may never get in it again lol :)

This is cool...and ironic; I just watched a show last night about the giant squid. They didn't talk about its fangs...but the irony is there ;-D Hhmm, we were on the same brain waves :-D

Wow...ick! So interesting though. I thought they were hand-knit venus flytraps...Little SHop of Horros style. I am Etsy brainwashed I think, LOL!

It almost looked like amigarumi or crochet, because of the texture and bright colors!
