This is the" Worlds Largest Hanging Basket" and it took 8 hours to put in place..I wonder who picks off the dead flowers to keep it blooming?

Oh my gosh! It's very beautiful, but I'd be worried about walking underneath it in case it fell on me! Ha! Imagine the news headlines. "Pedestrian killed by flowers"
