Pampering Beki has Fingerprint Friday.
Well, these are our Fingerprints from God and I tell you..when I look at this picture, it is so bittersweet..They are all married..and the baby in the picture, is going to have a baby in November..she is 28 years old..We are all beside ourselves..I always remember my dad saying to me.."Carolyn, I will never die, I will go on living through you and your children..etc..." Everytime I look at the girls, I think of my father's words.
This will bring the total to 10 grandchildren..
Visit Pampering Beki's blog and see the other wonderful Fingerprints from God..
Till next time, keep looking up...

Ohh, what BEAUTIFUL girls!!!
During those busy busy days when my sons were small, I never even thought about them being grown and having their own kids someday. But here we are. And having grandkids is the BEST, isn't it? They are the smartest, most beautiful, most athletic, most artistic kids in the WORLD! :)
The only time I ever thought way ahead was figuring out in high school how old I would be when the year 2000 came. And that sounded SO OLD. Ha!
I don't have children but as I watch my nephew grow up I am amazed at how time flies.
Awwww........that is so sweet. I don't think there is a better word than bittersweet to describe looking back on our children when they were younger. It stings your heart while you smile......xo
That is amazing to thing the youngest is already 28 and expecting. Cheers to you on being a wonderful Mother!
Love this picture! :) What a happy fingerprint! Keep the knitting up for the baby please :) haha
Congratulations to you & the mommy-to-be! I love the thought that our parents go on living through our children...
Your girls are beautiful!
I love to think about the future but it seems to make time go by faster. Kids grow way to fast as it is.
Happy Friday!
This is amazing and absolutely beatiful post Carolyn, I love your fingerprint friday post..and even more so this particular one. Lots of love/m
what a beutiful family picture... those words mean alot.. my mom always says she sees my grandma, her mom when she looks at me. a lil sad but also happy. =D
What a beautiful post and family picture. Bittersweet is a great word choice. My son is 12 and even now when I look at his baby pictures, my heart aches remembering the joy of holding him, but at the same time I am so proud of the young man he is growing up to be!
Aaww, so sweet! And congrats to you and the mommy-to-be! :)
You don't realize how fast time flies until it is gone! Sweet photo!
That gave me goosebumps!
I say it all the time - I am soooo grateful to live in an age of digital photography. It's so easy to snap tons of pictures and preserve these memories because I know this time will fly by too fast.
Ten grandchildren! How wonderful for you to be surrounded by so much love :-)
This is such a sweet photo!!
Hi Carolyn!
Children is always a mothers Fingerprint. I have 2 boys and 1 girl and I have also 4 Grandchildren.
And how is life with you?
To day is a bit sadness in my hart, we have been at my childrens Grandmothers funeral, she was a wonderful person with a hart of gold.
As you maybee know, I am not married to my childrens father any more, but we are friends.
I found a soulmate on Internet and we fall in love, we don´t look for love, love found us.
My love was also with me at the funeral, and that felt good that we all come together.
I never loose hope on you, I look forward to read your words in my blog. And I my self are a bit slow to visit you but I show up now and then.
Sunwarm hugs from Irene
