This is Father Mychal in his firefighter gear, heading to
the North Tower.
Father Judge died in 9/11 given last rites to a fallen firefighter, in the Trade Center..As he rushed into the North Tower with the firefighters, Mayor Giuliani called out, "Father Mike, pray for us!"..Fr. Mychal responded, "I always do , I always pray for you!"..These were the last public words to be said from Father Mike.
He died from blunt force trauma to the head, as he finished giving the last rites to the fallen firefighter.
He was designated victim 0001..because he was the first body to be recovered from the scene..
Please pray for all of us on earth Father Mike..for we really need God's Blessing.
