Shadow Shot Sunday.

Shadow shot Sunday. Okay, here I go.
Some of the grandchildren came for a visit. So, up when the basketball hoop. All was well, then came the rain. See where the basketballs/soccer
balls are? In a puddle. Ended that game and in a hurry. Today, I pulled my angel around since we had a little sun.
This is not a normal summer, for those that wonder why all the rain. I don't remember this ever happening, since I have lived here.
Check out Hey Harriet's blog for some wonderful shadows shots, maybe join in the fun.

Till next time, keep looking up.

Hello Lady,
It's really depressing our summer weather, huh?

Luckily, we have a sunny day today. Therefore I rushed early in the morning to chase some shadows. It was pouring for awhile then stops. Tomorrow, will be a very rainy day here and with 13 deg temp.

Have a blissful w/end with the grandkids & your kids.

Hugs to you & MOTH (man on the house)

Love you shadow shots! Do understand the frustration with the weather, last winter was the coldest, snowiest winter in Seattle in 30 years and this summer we have had almost NO rain which is unheard of in this area, so who knows what's next?????
Enjoy your grandkids! Have a great weekend!

Cute shadows and story to go with them! Love the balls in the water. We're sure the grandkids still managed to have fun... glad grandma survived!

I like the irony of shadow shot and the basketball hoop where the grandkids were taking shots.

I really like the balls in the puddle! Considering you have the challenge of rain every week, you still capture some cool shadows!

Rain rain go away! (Did that work?) No? Oh well, I tried ;D

I just wanted to say hi to a fellow Tuthill. I married into the family. They are from the South New Jersey area and I never heard them say anything about any relatives in NY. Sorry, that doesn't mean we aren't related. haha I'm in MA and we've had the same lousy weather, so frustrating as I am an avid gardener and I'm sick of working in the rain! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will come back soon. I love your shadow and sky pictures and the beautiful little sweater set for you new grandbaby.

Wonderful that you find shadows even in inclement weather. Glad the sun came out for your grandkids to play some basketball.
Hugs and blessings,

I like the photo with all the balls. It really tells a story. Hope all the crops are doing fine with all the rain.

I know what you mean about the rain, we have loads of green tomatoes because there isn't enough sunshine to turn them red, ugh! I do hope it lets up soon and we both get to enjoy some nice summer weather!♥

Yes this summer weather is not making me fall back in love with Boston that's for sure. Oh how I wish the job market in San Diego was a little better haha! Great shots none the less, you're making the proverbial lemonade with these!
